Granola:

  • 3 cups rolled oats (not instant)
  • 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar 
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • You can add in nuts or dried fruit if you wish. 
  • Mix together all ingredients. Place on a cookie sheet in 300 degree oven for 15 minutes, stir, then return for another 5-15 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes, then transfer to airtight container. Enjoy as a snack or over yogurt.
